We deliver true high-power EV charging: up to 600 kW today, even faster tomorrow. Our network is open to all EV brands across 24 European countries, and our products are designed around the lives of EV drivers: fast, reliable and simple to use.
How we work
We’re remote-first, with a strong European spirit. Our colleagues represent more than 50 nationalities and work across 19 countries, connected by a shared purpose, open collaboration and a healthy amount of video-call energy.
Being genuinely remote-first means we make information easy to find, share context openly and create regular opportunities to connect across borders. We work independently, but we do not work in isolation.

Our culture
More than 300 of us work across 19 countries to build and run a high-power charging network for drivers across Europe. With that scale comes room to grow, take ownership and help shape what happens next.
We share context openly and move decisions forward, even when the people involved are four countries apart. We give and welcome feedback as part of everyday work, and we want everyone to bring their perspective.

Where we work
Munich is one of our favourite places to meet. Our European hub gives us room to collaborate, connect and tackle the big questions face to face. But our work doesn’t stop there: we meet across Europe too, and our remote-first setup gives us the flexibility to work from different places.

Based in WERK13 in Munich's Werksviertel-Mitte, right next to Ostbahnhof and close to the heart of the energetic Bavarian capital. Direct connections to the airport, the highway and the beautiful landscape south of the city keep you moving.

Our Munich HQ spans four interconnected floors, with a setup designed to power every working style. Book your own desk in seconds, with everything you need to plug in, meet colleagues or jump straight into a meeting room.

Forget the usual meeting rooms. We still have one, but we like to move a little differently at IONITY HQ. Our collaboration zones, brainstorming areas and presentation spaces are amazing in person and perfect online, so ideas charge up fast.
