Promotion Period

The promotion is valid from 18 May 2026 until 01 June 2026.

Eligibility

Only new customers are eligible to participate.

A new customer is anyone who subscribes to an “IONITY Motion” or “IONITY Power” monthly subscription for the first time, i.e. who has not previously had any IONITY subscription (monthly or annual).

Promotion Process

Customers who subscribe to an IONITY Motion or IONITY Power subscription for the first time during the promotion period will receive a one-off credit of 15 kWh.

After successfully subscribing to the IONITY Motion or IONITY Power subscription, an individual voucher code will be provided by email.

Adding and Using the Voucher

  • The voucher code must be added in the IONITY app under “Credit” within the registered user account by and including 1 July 2026. Otherwise, it will expire.
  • Following successful addition, the “Credit” will be applied to the user account.
  • The added “Credit” is valid for three (3) months from the date the voucher code is added and will automatically expire thereafter.
  • The “Credit” will automatically be offset against the charged kWh during the next charging session at IONITY charging points.
  • Partial use of the “Credit” is possible. Any remaining “Credit” will remain available until the next use or until the expiry of the “Credit”.
  • If the charged kWh amount exceeds the available “Credit”, the difference will be charged via the payment method selected by the user in accordance with the charging price per kWh applicable to the user.

Restrictions

  • Only one participation in this promotion is permitted per person.
  • The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be combined with other promotions.
  • Cash payment is excluded.

Withdrawal

In the event that the new customer withdraws from the subscription, entitlement to the voucher shall lapse or the organiser may deactivate it if it has not yet been redeemed.

Misuse

IONITY reserves the right to exclude participants from the promotion in cases of misuse.
