Your mission
We are seeking an experienced Payment and Invoicing Operations Specialist to manage B2C payment processing and invoicing, B2B invoicing support, and to ensure seamless payment operations across international markets. This role requires expertise in major PSP (Payment Service Provider) systems, invoicing and accounting processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in optimizing payment workflows, resolving invoicing challenges, and ensuring secure, efficient transactions.Key Responsibilities
- Manage B2C payment and invoicing processing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Oversee B2B invoicing support, generating invoices and addressing invoice-related inquiries from business clients.
- Monitor and manage payment transactions via POS terminals, ensuring smooth processing and reconciliation.
- Work with major PSP systems (e.g. Adyen, Stripe, PayPal, Worldpay) to monitor transactions and resolve payment issues.
- Ensure compliance with international invoicing standards across multiple markets.
- Monitor accounts receivable, track payment statuses, and follow up on overdue invoices.
- Collaborate with IT, finance, sales, and customer service teams to optimize invoicing and payment operations.
- Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements in payment workflows and invoicing systems.
Your profile
Your profile- Extensive experience in B2C and B2B invoicing, payment processing and customer/partner support.
- Proficiency in major PSP systems (e.g., Stripe, Adyen, PayPal, Worldpay, or similar).
- Experience in payment processing via POS terminals
- Solid understanding of international invoicing practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in accounting and invoicing software (e.g. SAP or other ERP systems).
- Experience in SQL database queries desirable.
- Excellent communication skills for working with both consumer and business clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
