Your mission

  • Plan, organize, and follow up with different stakeholders - internally and externally - for specific projects, ensuring alignment and timely execution.
  • Keep trackers and tickets updated using various ticketing systems to provide stakeholders with the appropriate view and maintain accountability.
  • Maintain a commissioning overview and provide status updates to the supervisor, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Support the Network Management team to achieve targets, contributing to the overall success and efficiency of the EV High Power Charging Network.
  • Coordinate site-specific issues by liaising with local teams and stakeholders to ensure swift resolution and minimal disruption, whilst being accountable for the tracking.
  • Lead various internal and external online meetings across 24 countries to ensure smooth communication and effective project management in an international context.
  • Achieve targets through effective project and stakeholder management, ensuring all objectives are met, whilst being responsible and accountable for the accurate and timely updates in ticketing systems and various trackers.

Your profile

  • 1-3 years of experience (Engineering studies is a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented: strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness in all tasks.
  • Multitasking and flexibility: Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Accountability: Ready to take full responsibility for important projects, ensuring accuracy by checking each of its stages thoroughly.
  • Planning skills: Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective planning strategies.
  • Proactive and enthusiastic: A positive, "to-do" mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Confident communicator: Strong communication skills in English, being able to engage effectively with multiple international stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to master internal processes and identify improvements measures. Simultaneously ensuring all stakeholders follow the established processes. 
  • Additional proficiency in European languages beyond English is a plus.
