Your mission
- Support cross-functional initiatives at IONITY with focus onstrategy communication & execution
- Take responsibility for smaller work packages within project and process management, as well as other disciplines within the Strategy & Transformation department
- Support the translation of company strategy into execution, including OKRs, KPIs, and performance frameworks
- Structure complex topics across IONITY’s business functions and translate them into clear, decision-ready outputs
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses on selected strategic topics
- Prepare management- and executive-ready reports and presentations to support alignment and decision-making
- Support documentation of ownership, dependencies, processes, and next steps across initiatives
Your profile
- EnrolledMaster'sstudent in business, economics, management, business informatics, or a comparable field
- Strong interest in strategy execution in a dynamic, cross-functional environment
- Very goodanalytical and structuring skills with the ability to break down complex topics
- Solid fundamentals in project and/or process management (e.g. structuring work packages, tracking progress, documenting processes)
- Very goodMicrosoft PowerPoint skills, with experience in translating complex information into clear, value-drivenand management-ready presentations
- Good Excel skills and experience working with KPIs and data analysis
- Independent, reliable, and structured way of working, combined with a proactive mindset
- Very goodcommunication skills in English (German is a plus)
- Availability for approx. 6-12 months, part-time (around 20h/week)
