YOUR MISSION 
As the Team Lead Software Engineering, you will play a key role in driving technical excellence, fostering team collaboration, and ensuring the successful delivery of software solutions. You’ll lead a team of skilled engineers, setting the technical vision while maintaining a balance between leadership responsibilities and hands-on mentality. 

• Guide and mentor a team of software engineers to achieve project goals and professional growth.
• Shape the technical direction andsupportthe development of scalable, high-quality software solutions.
• Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with Product Owners, Architects, and other stakeholders to deliver aligned and innovative solutions.
• Proactively communicate technical challenges and risks to the broader department,advocating forsolutions and ensuring alignment with business priorities.
• Promote best practices, code quality standards, and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and incorporate relevant advancements into the team’s workflows and products.

Your profile

You are a technically skilled and people-oriented professional who thrives in leading teams and delivering high-impact software solutions. You balance strategic thinking with hands-on expertise and are committed to empowering your team to succeed. 

• Experience in modern software development and delivery practices including Continuous Integration/Delivery/Deployment
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage teams in an agile environment.
• Solid understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and scalable system design.
• Analyticalthinkerwith a proactive approach toidentifyingand resolving technical challenges.
• Experience handling technical escalations,providingclear guidance under pressure, and ensuring swift resolution of critical issues.
• Experience working with external suppliers to onboard and integrate development resources, ensuring technical standards and collaboration.
• Ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s or Master’sdegree with 5+ years of professional software engineering experience(preferablein leading agile development teams)
• Collaborative mindset with a strong focus on team cohesion and shared success.
• Passion for learning and keeping up with the latest industry trends and tools.

IDEALLY YOU HAVE 

• Hands-on experience working in agile environments, preferably with theSAFe(Scaled Agile Framework)methodology.
• Experience leading teams in complex, multi-team agile settings with cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools to enhance team productivity and streamline development pipelines.
• Proven experience working with distributed or remote teams across different time zones.
