Your mission
You will take ownership of our SAP Public Cloud landscape administration, including connected solutions such as SAP Concur, ensuring operational stability, high quality, and continuous improvement of our cloud systems. You will govern transport and release management, coordinate quality assurance and regression testing, and ensure changes are delivered in a controlled and business-ready manner.
You will be the key contact for SAP Support, responsible for creating, dispatching, and driving SAP cases through to resolution. In addition, you will act as the central coordination point for operational tickets, steering and prioritizing work handled by internal and external SAP consultants to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes.
You will manage communication scenarios (APIs and integrations), workflow configuration and governance, as well as user, role, and authorization management across the SAP Public Cloud landscape. Through continuous optimization of processes, documentation, and standards, you will strengthen system governance and ensure our SAP environment remains secure, scalable, and aligned with business needs.
Your profile
At least 2+ years of experience in the administration of SAP cloud systems, ideally SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud
Hands-on experience with user, role, and permission management
Experience with workflow configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting
Solid understanding of transport and release management in SAP cloud environments
Familiarity with SAP support processes, ticket handling, and collaboration with SAP and external partners
Experience in SAP Concur administration is beneficial
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
A structured and analytical problem solver with a proactive approach
High level of ownership and accountability, with the ability to prioritize and steer topics independently
