Your mission

As part of our Supply Chain team, you will actively support day-to-day operations and help improve our logistics processes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Organizing shipments for Field Service Engineers and Service Partners.

  • Executing material movement bookings in SAP.

  • Handling a variety of logistics-related tasks.

  • Resolving error messages in SAP and in the Service Engineers’ spare parts app.

  • Supporting data analysis and reporting activities.

  • Collaborating with the team to develop and improve processes.

Your profile


  • Currently enrolled in a university degree program in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.

  • Strong communication skills and a structured way of working.

  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).

  • First experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud or another MRP system is an advantage.

  • Highly motivated self-starter with a flexible, hands-on mindset.

  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
