Your mission
We are looking for you! Your role is to support our business by designing, implementing, and deploying data science & advanced analytics projects on a modern cloud infrastructure.As part of our core data team, you’ll work at the intersection of business and technology—collaborating with stakeholders across the EV charging ecosystem to solve real-world challenges with data.
As a Data Scientist, you will take responsibility for the design, development, and operation of data-driven solutions as well as support on quantitative activities as a technical expert.
In particular:
- Collect, pre-process, and prepare data from a variety of internal and external sources
- Explore and analyse and apply statistical, machine learning, and operations research techniques to solve business problems
- Employ feature engineering to enable both algorithms and stakeholders to grasp complex data problems
- Collaborate closely with Data Engineers, Data Analysts and Business Owners to deploy scalable solutions
- Build insightful dashboards and reports, taking ownership of key BI assets
- Contribute to the development of our data strategy and champion a data-first mindset across the organization
Your profile
- 3 years of experience as a professional Data Scientist
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working both independently and in cross-functional teams
- Be a highly motivated self-starter with a flexible, can-do attitude
- Excellent interdisciplinary communication and team skills
- Fluency in English (German is a plus)
