Your mission
As Rollout Manager (f/m/x) - Sweden, you will play a key role in expanding IONITY’s high-power charging network across Scandinavia. You will take full ownership of infrastructure rollout projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Leading and managing the rollout of high-power charging stations across Sweden and Scandinavia, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, quality, and budget.
Managing suppliers and subcontractors throughout the construction and installation process.
Designing and defining the layout of future IONITY charging stations in line with our site design standards.
Providing clear, structured reporting to the management team on rollout progress, timelines, and costs.
Managing and monitoring operational risks at site level, including escalation to the management team when required.
Supporting post-build handover activities and liaising with contractors on technical topics related to sub-standard work.
Taking ownership of health, safety, environmental, and legal compliance for installation projects.
Ensuring contractor compliance with all relevant health and safety requirements.
Actively fostering a proactive culture of continuous improvement in health and safety, integrating high performance into project delivery processes.
Working within a Principal Contractor setup and ensuring all related obligations and requirements are met.
Your profile
You bring a strong technical background combined with hands-on project management experience and thrive in a fast-paced infrastructure environment. You are structured, pragmatic, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.
You ideally bring:
A qualification as an electrical engineer with installation experience, or a comparable technical background as a project manager in infrastructure or construction
In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, working practices, and codes applicable to infrastructure projects
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage complex projects under time and budget constraints
A proven track record of delivering infrastructure or building projects on time and within budget
Experience developing, refining, and managing comprehensive site due diligence
Experience working with both private and public property owners, including managing approval processes with grid operators and permitting authorities
A target-oriented mindset, pragmatic problem-solving skills, and strong communication and negotiation abilities
A valid driver’s license
